the only ship that really has room to complain about no drone bonus that i know of is the Eos, with only 75mbit bandwidth, and only bonus for drone bay, it is not much of a drone boat.

i see a big problem with the mass restrictions, remember bob taking outpost from iac, they had 400 pilots in system, and defenders could not get ppl in to help because of pop limits, and lost. if you could make PoS's for mining and remote fitting...

why would you need to make 0.0 safer, if you are in a mega ally, and in you space, 0.0 is as safe as high sec, with much better rewards, you want to fill the empty space, change sov to a sec. based ownership. that way the have to occupy the space...
